Next VIP Sale

this is my first time shopping vip, so those who have in the past could you plzzzz explain how it works and whether you can go over your limit doing lots of transactions. l have two young children, myself and husband to shop 4!!!!!

I rang them to place an order and explained that i didnt have my customer number, she allowed me to place the order but said she couldnt give me my customer number over the phone,

does anyone know anyway i can get my account number so i can log in online otherwise i will have to wait until Monday until my order arrives

Hi, you can log in any time during your time slot and you can stay on as long as you like once logged in. There are 2 ways of ordering, you can either go through the sale listing and put a tick in the box of any item you want to order and then add to basket that way, or the quickest way is to make a list of all the items you would like before your slot and then use 'quickshop'. You need to log in on www.next.co.uk/vipsale to get the sale prices. Hope this helps and good luck - enjoy!:D

You used to be able to do something like use the Contact Us bit, which would bring up an email type thing where your account number was already quoted on it? Sorry, not very clear! I just remember that was how I got my account number as soon as I signed up - just so I could order in the sale lol! Back when you could change the code and order anyway...

Ive checked all over the website and all i can find is ring CS which i have done & ive ordered but have to wait till order arrives to get my account number so i cant log in online, guess i will have to wait until Monday boo hoo

There is still hope! I just called CS (about the 4th time) and this time they said I will have a VIP invitation I just have to wait for my email tomorrow. However I can't access it on the log-in yet so maybe I'm a VIP and everyone else who has booked their slots already at VVVIPs!!!!! Fingers crossed for the email tomorrow - good luck for anyone still waiting!

I too have booked a slot for 5 pm mmmmm, I've never shopped in the sale before can you still use the quick shop bit & just type it all in, (if theres anything left ha ha) ?

I have just emailed Next to ask if my time slot of 4.30 was correct & had a lovely email back to sy it was fine & would stand.

I have just tried to get a slot to no avail, but my mum (who always gets one) just logged in and booked for Monday at 5pm. This is so unfair!

I phoned up to see if I could get one, to be fobbed off as usual. The bloke said that I would have to wait and see if I get an e-mail tomorrow. Clearly I wont!

Btw has anyone noticed that their advertising says the instore sale starts at 7am instead of 5am this year? Brilliant news methinks.:cool:

I wonder if they just said that to keep you happy- it seems to me that anyone whose account is able to get a VIP slot is already able to book. It seems strange that everybody else can book now even before their email, yet you will have to wait for the email?
