'Virtual sealed pot' Challenge until Dec 1st 2009

HI,
I'd like to join this challenge, though the way I approach it is slightly different.
I put aside roughly 10% of my weekly salary into a savings account each week. As a supply teacher, I don't do my 'main' job in the holidays, so need to make sure I have enough put aside to cover everything that needs covering!
I know it isn't the same, as I'm not rounding down my account, but it is important for me to do this.
Is it ok if I join in? Since January I have put aside £140... My aim is at least £140 a month, but more if work allows.
Thanks.
