This is an excellent idea, count me in
Have been doing this on and off for a while but always spending it on something rather than saving it up for the year. Not sure how frequently everyone else is transferring the money but i think i will do it every time i log onto my online banking, so probably every few days for me.
I have just transferred £5.40 so im off to a good start!
Good luck everyone x

I started doing this last year and then forgot, so really chuffed that it has been made into a challenge. I am also doing the normal sealed pot challenge, but this is great as it keeps all my accounts neat and tidy. What do you do with the extra monies that are in your savings account - where do you put those?:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
With Barclays I am unable to do a transfer into my savings account under £1 so at the moment I have 24p sitting there waiting to be transferred asap. Will have to go and spend now to use my debt card so can make the transfer (ha! ha!) :rotfl:
No target but will do this until christmas next year and then use on a pair of Ugg boots, I think.
PS Meant to say that I hope that I am not too late in joining, as only just came across this thread this evening - thank you!
