how was it misleading. It was quite clear, it said ' up to 50%' if the pound signs in peoples eyes blinded them from seeing the words 'up to' its hardly anyones elses fault but the reader/customer. and before i get slated i do agree that the workds 'up to' should have been bigger. I thought there was some legislation about this somewhere but i cant seem to find it.

Was just asking on behalf of my sister she works at smiths full time and is worried the same thing could happen to smiths.

Hi all, my mum works in a Woolworths in a smallish village and today lots of people have been stealing goods and because it is so so busy in there, there is no one to stop them doing it.
It's disgusting behaviour!! It seems people literally want something for nothing.

when dh was in woolies earlier today the checkout lady was very chirrpy and said no point in worrying and just to get on with it, fair play to her. she also was telling him how the press were there that morning, she decided to flash her boobs at them. she said they cant sack me so why not lol

id say not - at the store in my nearest city there was little but rubbish left (pretty similar to a normal day i hear you say!!)
