  • I got 15 with 4:49 remaining - I am studying a maths degree though so I managed to speed through those questions.

I got 9/15. I got very confused with the 3 maths questions where you had to work out the pattern. I just couldn't understand the way that they had worded the question so I left them.
I took the first ever SATs exams- scary!
I'm good at English, I'm fine at Maths that is relevant to what I need to know- I can work out sums reasonably quickly and very accurately but I need to be able to do that because as a nurse I need to do drug calculations and be able to know if something is right or wrong when done on a calculator.
I think I would have failed to get into Grammar school if there were lots of maths problems like these because I can't pick out patterns!

I got 14/15 with 2.37 left on the clock.

I guessed number 15 (and got it wrong) but was ok on all the others.

    I'm very happy!

Yay!, this was a really good thread - thanks JJ! (great to see it resurrected/resumed/still going) ..... think I was always too scared to test myself!!!!
  • I got 13/15. On behalf of all those who failed the 11 plus, there is life afterwards and I have a good honours degree. Much ,much too early to seperate the stars from the rest.
  • I got 9 out of 15 too. Could have been worse!
