I have finished my assisgnment, started dithering at 10am, did a bit missed a bit, eat, check emails, kept on top of the threads and got it all finished by 9pm, even managed to draw 2 diagrams on Word, which by my knowledge and standards is equivalent to doing a marathon. Very pleased xx

I am absolutely hyper, the assisgnment that I sent off tonight, the tutor has marked it and I got 86%, a distinsion......I cried when I first read it, then been so hyper since.

The actual assisgnment was split into 3 parts, 1st relating to a business, so I used the mystery shopping company, (got 16/20), the next part was about me and my future etc, (30/30) and the last section I lost the plot on, so in all honestly I just babbled about my previous job and I got (30/30), the extra 20 marks were based on contributing to a forum, you would think the amount of time I spend blogging on here, Id of got the full 20 marks but I only got 10, but an overall of 86, best mark I've ever had xx

I give up, when everything was going so well the dreaded Halifax............. just had letters this morning they are now charging me £245 in bank charges for this month.......... my internet came out a day early so course that meant that everything else small paypal payments of 99p, £2.00, £1.50, £4.00, and 3 small cheques came out the day after, they all went over my overdraft limit, spoke to the internt company but as its a direct debit they are entitled to claim it upto 14days either side of the date.......... I'm seething, I've got a claim in for hardship already they have to mid April to give me a decision, so now have to find the £245 by the end of the month.

I just absolutely give up with them, the trouble is I cant change bank accounts as if I withdraw my income they withdraw the overdraft facility, so every pound Im trying to pay of my debts is going nowhere.

Didnt help that the school have said that dd cant have holiday leave to go on holiday, were haveing 3 days in the term time from after Easter holidays, as according to the person who refused the holiday (the school business manager) that the law states 5 days only per academic yr and as dd had 5 days in Nov they wont authorise it and if I take her out will look at taking action.
Not the best thing to do after I've had the bank charges..........

Luckly I went on the local councils website where it says that the law states that schools can authorise upto 10 days holiday. So a lovely but blunt letter has gone back, "tateing that if she wants to quote the law then I suggest that she quotes it correctly" and that we are haveing the holiday.

Contacted the education authority incase the school kick off, explained everything and they said the school are being unreasonable, its 3 days which does take her total to 10 days, yes shes had about 5 days of sick throughout the yr, but they were sickness bugs, so couldnt be helped, and as dd is doing really well shes in the top of the class for everything, the holiday would be educational, explained that were going to Tunisia, doing Sahara desert trip, and what we'd see would be educational as its history and that I intend to get dd to write about it while were there. She reassured me if the school does complain they will not take any action, and will tell the school that.

    One minor win for me.
