Plz dont faint with shock but I have some good news!!

Would love to say won the lottery, but no, instead its my weight, apparently between May 08 and today I have managed to lose 16kg in weight, where, how, why, when I have absolutely no idea.........both weight checks where the same scales at the GP surgery.......

I now weigh 9kg more than when I had dd, so thats gd for me, I do plan to look at my weight as its a mojor issue (Jan 02 120kg, Sept 02 125kg, May 08 150kg, Jan 09 134kg.........) in an ideal world Id be 100kg, apr 16stone, still be overweight for my height, but were get somewhere eventually, as they say Rome wasnt built in a day!

Got details of my 1st tutorial 14th Feb, offically start studying 7th feb, but aim to start Monday........ xx

I may of come across a loophole I can use re the bank charges, just got this weeks money saving email and looking at the bank charges saga I think I may have 2 options for financial hardship, I'm going to ring them tomorrow afternoon, so plz keep fingers crossed for me.

FSA - DO YOU REPEATLEY EXCEED YOUR CREDIT CARD OR OVERDRAFT LIMIT WITHOUT AGREEMENT + (ANSWER YES WHEN THEY PUT THOSE LOVELY CHARGES ON, (DONT ASK ME WHY BUT IN THE LAST 20 YRS THE HALIFAX ACCOUNT IS THE ONLY ONE I HAVE EVER KEPT STATEMENTS FOR ) IN THIS REGARD WHERE A COmPLAINTANT HAS INCURRED OVER £500 IN UNAUTHORISED OVERDRAFT CHARGES IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS

    - GOING TO ADD UP THE LAST 12 MONTHS OF CHARGES (THIS BATCH OF 9 + £28 THAT GOES OUT FEB (315 + 28 = 343 THAT LEAVES £157 TO FIND 5 CHARGES FINGERS CROSSED SHOULD BE EASY)

FSA PART 2 I CAN USE - ARE THERE REGULAR REQUESTS FOR INCREASED BORROWINGS + REPEATED RESHUDLING OF DEBTS? ........

    - i'M LIVING OFF MY OVERDRAFT, STRUGGLING TO REPAY IT, MY LIFESTYLE ISNT SUSTAINABLE DUE TO DEBTS - I HAVE JUST HAD TO HAVE MY OVERDRAFT INCREASED FROM 1,000 TO 1,250 TO COPE WITH THE CHARGES.

Its a big If, and its only to ask for my claim to be considered under the financial hardship, they could turn round and say no, wait for the court case, at least I'm already in the queue, if that happensd just have to grin and bear it, but will give it my all.

A massive thank you for all the congrats on the weight loss, I have got absolutey no idea, unless it was the stress of the neighbours. Been gd and went and had my bloodtest done today at the hospital, rather than waiting to fri to have it done at GP surgery, the antibiotics Im on am mo for the kidney infection runs out Mon. Should get the results back middle next week. I think the tablets could be helping the diet their making me tired mid day, very sad I'm haveing to go back to bed for a sleep, (one of the reasons for the blood test).

Very MSE tonight took dd to see Beverly Hills Chinculla (doggie film), used Orange 2 4 1 code, and I used my student discount code, both got in for £5.40, took our own drink and sweets hid in the bag, gd film. x

I nearly had a heart attack I have added up all my bank charges and they come to £1005 thats just between Sept 07 and Jan 09........that without any interest added!!

I have rang the Halifax and put in a claim for financial hardship, apparently an email has been sent off........so at least stage 1 in action, just have to wait and see, but the ball is rolling and I do not intend to drop this one.

More good news - had a phone call from the hospital and they have accepted my referral from physio to a specialist dept that hopefully will help me with my bank, go Tues...
