Haven't been able to ride as DD1 was poorly last week and finally going to school tomorrow. I have got my mum staying this week so it will be next week before I get out. Feeling quite stressed because of this.

It was so good to go out for evening, it seems so long since I've been out, think it was before Christmas  it may be money saving, but it's not everything really, is it?

I have to stay focused or I'll fall off the wagon in spectacular style, just want to buy my freedom! It's the debt that keeps me chained.

I know what you mean I just want to pay off these life choices so I can have some freedom for the next set of choices.

Glad your evening out was fun - nice to get out now and again.

    daily update

I've just realised that not only might I go sub £2K on the A&L card, I might go sub £20K on the overall credit card debt :j That's amazing! I won't have the final figures for this month until next week, how very exciting:j

Just paid across my Quidco money to the card £33.04, it may not make it into this months total, but it'll hit the debt, nevertheless. The minimum payment came off my Tesco visa, so that's down by £166.19. All extra payments are coming off A&L rather than a bit here and a bit there, which is how I started out.

Also did the ING savings account as recommended by Martin to get the free £20.00, have written and sent off the cheque for £1.00 :T

My car tax is due at the end of the month, I've got the money put aside for that, so not worried.

...and feta, mint chilli and black olive cous cous salad for lunch, hope it's nice as I've got for tomorrow and Friday as well
