...had a very distressing incident this morning...nearly ran over my own cat

Just as I pulled out the drive in the car, he strolled into the road, sat down, lifted his non-existent leg and started licked his non-existent b*lls.... Now that's why he's called Einstein....

......... because I can see him up there

Now thats funny and then you lifted him onto a stage for next door to see , :rotfl:

Now that is worrying  not that he's an ex boyfriend that looks like Uncle Fester, it's that he was a boyfriend in the first place

  • Hi Piquant,
I am a newbee and I decided to read your thread today, it had me in stitches.
I owned three horses and after my mum left me to go to Australia and I had to start paying for them, I got the debt ball rolling! The last one died last year and even dead he cost me £1000. My cat is a !!!!! and kept having kittens and then it cost me a small fortune to spade her...animals are nothing but trouble!
I have racked up £11,000 on CCards and have only just bothered to do something about it, reading your story is very inspiring, I've had a !!!! day (job rejections and about to be made redundant...lifes a dream huh!) and you cheered me right up!
    Best of luck!

    try this one
    Method

1.unwrap chocolate ,break small square of and taste to check , open bottle of vino ,

    2. Heat the oil in a large, heavy-based saucepan and fry the onion and garlic until softened. Increase the heat and add the mince, cooking quickly until browned and breaking down any chunks of meat with a wooden spoon.
Pour tiny amount of the red wine in and boil for 2-3 minutes.
While waiting, pour a glass for yourself, have a bit more choccy

    3. Stir in the tinned tomatoes, tomato pur!e, fresh chilli or chilli flakes, cumin, ground coriander, cinnamon, and Worcestershire sauce and crumble in the stock cube. Season well with salt and pepper.
While waiting, pour a glass for yourself , have a bit more choccy .

Bring to a simmer, cover with a lid and cook over a gentle heat for about 50 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally until the mixture is rich and thickened.
While waiting eat some more choccy and pour another glass.

Add the kidney beans and fresh coriander. Cook for a further 10 minutes, uncovered, before removing from the heat,
if theres any left chuck choccy in adding any extra seasoning if necessary. This is ideal served with the lime wedges and also rice, crusty bread or jacket potatoes, guacamole, sour cream and a big green salad.:rotfl: .

oh !!!!!! I forgot the slow cooker bit :rotfl:

Well, what can I say? hamster has taken the chocolate right out of my mouth...that's a really good recipe hamster! I also liked the taste testing idea, never occurred to me before

I think hamster's recipe will go well into a slow cooker, put everything in the crockpot after browning the mince. You'll probably need a little less liquid and then set the slow cooker off for anything up to 8 hours. If it's a bit too liquid you can thicken the gravy with cornflour.

My chilli is a veggie version, if you want it, let me know!

Hamster, you have hiden talents, what else can you do??
