They do indeed! But even I can see it's an expensive job. The rendering has come off in a huge chunk and there are large cracks spiralling out from the hole. All the back section needs to come off :eek:

pulled a easy shift tomorrow 11-5 and then I'm off till tuesday :T:T,
so I very happy and will get outside and plant stuff :eek: :j
