    update

Think I've got some major expenditure heading my way. I noticed bits of brick work and cement type stuff littering the patio area of the garden. On closer inspection it is part of my house  It's the corner bit which is rendered and it's come away with the surface of the brick! Think I'm going to need a builder.... and I think my car's exhaust may be blowing, darn, darn darn....

Although I've got a small amount of money put aside for the car, building work is not included.

Picked up a couple of dresses from the Next sale at £20 each, but decided I didn't like one of them and took it back for a refund this morning. No big deal, I hear you say. But it is, prior to sorting out my finances, the dress would have just hung, unworn in the wardrobe, shocking isn't it?
