Sorry to hear about your trouble with your bank JD, hope you get it sorted soon!

£110.50 spent today! _pale_

£50 on repairs for the car as it failed the MOT last week. However the MOT re-test was free and at least it passed this time.

Then £60.50 for six months tax.

I'm starting driving lessons tomorrow with my OH. Haven't driven a car for over two years, so I'm starting to get really worried/nervous now. I would advise all people in the West Midlands not to drive unless absolutely necessary tomorrow - tailbacks are likely while I snail about at 15mph! :rolleyes:

Haven't spent anything today or yesterday, took lunch into work and have stayed in both nights.
Working in the pub tomorrow night so that should hopefully be my spending money for the weekend! :j

Nothing spent today, which is always good. Got a £7.20 postal order from an eBay sale as well, so that is pleasing.

Tomorrow I have to pay for parking, get my haircut and post a couple of eBay items, so that will be a few quid spent. Going to Liverpool this weekend, which will be expensive but great! Time to really cut back after that.

50p on DDs weekly sweetie treat at the post office

Also DD lost her first tooth today(a bit late since she's 6 1/2 but better late than never !)So the "Tooth Fairy " will be providing a nice shiny £2 coin tonight !

Obviously the tooth fairy that comes to Cardiff is a cheapskate. My DD will only be receiving £1!!!!

I've been reliably informed that the going rate is £2 for the first tooth & £1 for every subsequent tooth !

One of DDs friends gets CDs from the Tooth Fairy.. erm,.i don't think so !

Some kind man gave me his parking ticket which had an hr left to run so I didn't have too pay... thank you kind man. Didn't have to pay to get my watch repaired... thank you kind watch repair man.

Paid £275 into the bank and won £45.

I think today's good happenings counteracted all of yesterday's disasters!
