Shaun it was 5 1/2 syns and it was really good..yum yum....lol(don't tell Hypno and the others as they have given up chocolate for lent...don't forget it's a secret)

Been to work and have done quite good again today .Popped to see DGS as he is supposed to be going to his dads today for a month(we'll see if he shows up).
Think I will be back out of the O/D on monday so onwards and upwards.
Was going to stay out working but football is on today and you cannot move for traffic so now sat here having a brew.DH is cooking a lovely roast chicken dinner.

I am organised for tomorrow(for a change)...
For breakfast I am taking half a bag of Aldi tropical fruit.in a container...yummy
For lunch I have made a tuna salad,mixed leaves,tomatoes,cucumber,tuna,boiled eggs and cannellinni beans and sprayed it with frylight balsamic dressing.
For tea...I'm having from the freezer left over braising steak,mushroom and onions in gravy and left over frozen mash and mixed veg.
The others are having sausages,left over fozen mash and beans or spaghetti.
I better check that cannellinni beans are free...I'm 90% that they are.(just checked and they are free)
So because I'm doing EE the only sins I have are my gravy and I've not used my Aor B option.
