Back from weigh in and have lost another 2lbs so that's 11 1/5 lbs in 3 weeks....!!!

Still not had a cig!!!

Put the washing on and have hoovered the whole house since getting back.

Don't know when the funeral is yet as they weren't close...nobody has told us and it's not been in the paper yet.We only found out about it by chance.

i also agree with whatatwit, your diary isn't boring it's inspirational, you keep us going. We all go through stages where what we are doing doesn't seem to be making a major impact, i certainly seem to have been like that for the first couple of years. But don't forget what you've achieved so far.

How did the weigh in go?

well done on the weight loss and the ciggies - I've still not had chocolate since last Tuesday........well over a week now (must be some sort of record!)

Well done on the loss and on the still not smoking! How did your son do this week at his weigh in?

He's given up for now.He's had a lot of changes recently(he doesn't like change) and I think given a couple of weeks to settle down he'll be fine.He's moved house over the last week .Something that always stresses him.

He's still coming for his meals...lol...with his illness he hates change.He will settle though.

If you don't mind me asking why did he have to move? surely under the circumstances him having everything the same would be best?
