but well done on the cigaretes front. I've still not had chocolate and it's definately the first time i've gone this long in about 15 years. Sounds stupid i know but i really struggled last night, so i've been baking today to help me survive the evenings.

You do realise that I'm be coming to you for weight lost tips!! Ur doing brilliantly.

I never smoked so can't imagine how hard it is to give up, but I know from my Aunts experience, she had smoked for over 30 years, didnt get on with the NHS stop smoking programe and stopped dead, just went cold turkey. This was a woman who couldn't go more than 10 minutes without a cig.
Going back yrs ago (b4 they stopped all the duty free), dad and I use to do a day trip about twice a yr with our local coach firm to cite europe, my Aunt use to have our cig allowance. The last time we went was just b4 duty free stopped and they hadn't got her brand of cigs, so rang home and told mum to ring my aunty incase she wanted a different brand, so we could try the french end. Luckly managed to get her the cigs in France, but after mum had rang her, she went to the local shop brough 100 and chain smoked them through stress!! We were due back at 10pm that ngt, but there been an accident on m-way we didnt get home to 3am, my poor mum, my aunty rang from 10pm every 5 mins to midngt as she had run out of her cigs........

We dont let her forget that story!! xx

Yes ..it's crazy what we do for a ciggy...been smoking 30 years myself...lol...
Nothing to report today..just the usual kind of day.
Am off tomorrow and need to take the car for it's service and two new tyres....

The service will be about £250 as it's the first one and I have it done at the main dealer.

i hate it when you have to have main dealer services, thankfully i can now have mine done anywhere. I've just realised that next month i should be in the 20k's which i feel is completely miraculous, never thought i could make it.

well done on smoking - or not!! Problem is with dealers is you have to have ther service to not void warranty dont you? Hugs for you!!

Work was quieter than I would've liked both last night and today but I can't do anything about that!!!!
Trying to clean this house from top to bottom and am just doing it in small steps.Today I've washed the washer and dryer down and the kitchen tiles in that area....I know it's not a lot but enough for me.If I was to clean every nook and cranny in the kitchen in one go I reckon it would take about 8 hours!!!!!
Back in a bit ...have to sort out some bad news.
