I know exactly how hard it is Taxi, we have tried about 4 times to give up. Next week we will do it. We have bought an "e cig from ebay" a mate has one and its really working for him.

Thanks all...it's going ok.I'm on the Champix tablets.I have read the Allen Carr books a while ago.
Work was quieter than I would've liked both last night and today but I can't do anything about that!!!!
Trying to clean this house from top to bottom and am just doing it in small steps.Today I've washed the washer and dryer down and the kitchen tiles in that area....I know it's not a lot but enough for me.If I was to clean every nook and cranny in the kitchen in one go I reckon it would take about 8 hours!!!!!
Back in a bit ...have to sort out some bad news.
