Sorry about son haveing to move home, at least hes got a great support network with u and Mr Taxi, and the rest of the family. Even if he takes a break from slimming world, at least when he eats at yours, u can help that way.

Congratulations on the non-smoking as well.
Glad work picked up, think it must of beeen Jans pay packet went on Bills, and Febs everyone is making up for it.

Thanks all....nothing much to report again..lol...work was quite good today so hopefully it's starting to pick up a little.I've changed the areas that I work on this weeks as well so it could be that.
That's about it really.KI'm so hungry today ...I don't know why but am just trying to stick with the eating plan...I'm just attempting to make SW chips at the minute..proper comfort food.

well done on your weight loss you're done wonderfully, also considering the lack of ciggies. You are fab in all ways.
I've managed no chocolate since a week wednesday, which is a record to be honest, unfortunately it's not leading to weight loss yet but i'm sure it will do in the end.
