Still feeling a bit yuccky..eg stomach ache..don't know what caused it.Maybe it's my body getting rid of the last of the nicotine...don't know.
LT you're right it soon mounts up...I put £10 a day away as I used to smoke forty a day!!!!....I've not had a cigarette for two weeks now.

That's good going Taxi and a tidy amount to put away too. The new plan at SW sounds like one that was promoted a couple of years ago, but speed foods are definately the way to go for faster weight loss.:T

    Thanks shaun and Elvin...lol
BOB...I think the plan you are thinking of may be mix2match or success express.
The new EE was brought in because they took SW to America but the americans couldn't get their heads around red/green days....so they tested this theory out on some people and found it worked so that is the way the americans follow S/W now and they introduced it here about christmas time.
I was and so were many others very sceptical about it working as I'd followed s/w before and knew red and green worked so couldn't possibly see how EE would work but it does.
It's so much easier for me to follow as I can mix stuff that I couldn't before and because DH cooks if he follows a few set rules then we can all eat the same.
  • Yes those are the ones i was thinking of. Well if it is good enough for the Americans it is good enough for us too.

Think I'm going to go for a little walk now as have been in the house all day.
  • I have been out all afternoon and am shattered now. It has been really warm today and i ended up walking around without my coat.

Just back from my walk...I didn't get far really popped into my sons house and then had a walk to Lidl...they didn't have what I went in for but had car seat covers for £11.90 set so got 2 sets for the cab and some salad stuff and a big bag of prawns.
  • Great news on the no smoking :j :j :j the extra cash must really help with motivation. I havent done SW in years and the EE plan sounds good.

ISOM if your books are more up to date then mine (6 years old :() then I am interested. Right now Im debating investing in some support because I am eating badly and really fed up finding bits to wear. Hate that my tum is bigger than my boobs. Since I am blessed with a large chest that is a really bad sign for me :o .

One thing though what does HEA and HEB mean?

Hi KP...A HEA is a calcium portion (measured) and a HEB is a fibre portion measured.
It really is worth investing in the first class as you get all the books and everything explained to you...it'sso easy when you get your head around it.
