well done you...I remember the first few days and learned what crawling the walls meant!! Hang in there - it does get easier (am now an official non smoker and cant stand the smell any more!)...can you try knitting or sommat to keep hands busy? Also change normal routine...ie if you normally have fag and coffee at 11 try doing something different!

Hi all...thanks for the feel better soons ...I'm fine....
5 days now and am feeling a little better.I've been to the nurse and picked up my prescription for the next lot.I'm hardly using the inhalator so asked for two seperate prescriptions so I can get that as/when needed as I pay for mine.So just cashed the one for 4 weeks patches.
My next Drs appointment regarding the allergy testing isn't until the 10th August....
Bought the new fire extinguisher for the taxi today...the steam clean/valet is booked for the 28th and the pits test for the 29th(have paid the £165 for the pits) so just need the £150 ish for the steam clean. Will get the tyres and brakes checked before then so everything should be ok.
We went for the meal I won yesterday..it was lovely and because I was driving they allowed me to take the bottle of wine home.
I rejoined S/W yesterday and then came home went to the pub where I was really good and only drunk diet coke or soad water with lemon...lol

Not surprised you have had a few stressy things happen and have been going full pelt at debtbusting for a while. Time to take it easy and cruise for a while

Even though you're having a break you still have payments coming out, so the debt is coming down.

Thanks everyone..true the payments are going out.Overall the debt is maybe up a bit as I've been spending...we have to have new cothes sometimes, stuff breaks down and needs replacing...not going to stress over it anyway.Am just going to plod on and at some point will get seriously back into it...a lot depends obviously on what we take on the cab as to what we can pay and how soon.
Bought all the door handles areplacement sockets, light fittings for the house...
