Not too bad thanks, it was our 1 month anniversary of quitting yesterday so that was a bit of a landmark for us, amazing how quickly we have adjusted to it. I rewashed a load of clothes that I was putting away the other day because they all stunk of smoke!

Dieting is going ok too although the weight loss is slowing now, I think because I am eating more with quitting (although I am eating the right things just a lot more of it!) Have lost 3st 6lbs now, desparate to get my 3 1/2 award! x

Well done on the month...that's fantasic!!!!!
Weight loss will slow a little anyway but you have still done fantastic and I guess as long as you eat free foods then you'll still lose weight...good luck to get the 3 1/2 stone ....
