Hi all..it'll have to be virtual biccies here...LOL..as I'm being very good on my diet.Weigh in day is Thursday.
Love the one about my oomph under the sofa eating biccies...very funny.
Not a lot happening here.Am feeling loads better though so hopefully will go to work sat, sun, mon and then have a couple of days off as the taxi is steam cleaned and valeted on tuesday and over the pits wednesday.
So tomoorrow I need to nip to Asda for a few bits, tyre place to have all 4 tyres checked...screwfix to pick up the rest of the sockets and tesco to fuel up,and do the banking and nip to greengrocers.
Can only go after the plumber has been though ..he said I'll be the first job.I had a new washer delivered today and after fitting it it was leaking by the pipe...I took the hose off and re-connected it but it was still leaking..don't know whether it's the hose or the tap thingy or a joint as DS un plumbed the other last night and was rough with it...hopefully it's only the hose.
    That's about it really.

It's because they are reliable and very economic on fuel. You'll also notice that they all drive diesels as well.
I was stuck between a vectra and a skoda myself...I' ve a good relationship with vauxhall and stuck with them.Skoda have gone from Blackpool and the nearest is Preston to us..though they would pick the car up from here to fix and redliver it back...so seem ok.
It would've been a very close call if they had one here though.
They are quite nice to drive as well ..we had one for a replacement taxi.

Managed to get all my jobs done today.
Needed 2 new tyres so another £110 spent..good job this lot is tax deductible..it's costing a few ££s by the time I've had the valeting and pitts test done. They even changed the fire extinguishers we are meant to carry so had to buy one of those the other day...
just debating whether to have the brakes etc checked or just put it over..there shouldn't be anything wrong with them anyway.

Hi all...off to weigh in in an hour at SW...still not smoking..that's 11 days now...so £110 saved and 440 cigs not smoked....no wonder I can breathe better.
Nothing to report really that's why I've not been about.

That's good going on the cigs. Well done, especially of you're feeling the benefits too.

    Good luck at SW.
