good luck with the no smoking.....wish i had the will power ...guts to do it:o
re the food shopping ireland was 40% ave higher than the uk
its come down around 10% in the last months
but the public have put pressure on and the uk companies questioning the higher prices allowing for Stirling exchange....
so m&s tescos next eth,,,,will now bring in hardgoods ,,,,anything not fresh ,,,direct from the uk including irish product(it cheaper that way)
so we are expecting a drop of 40% on food here..
tescos are all ready rolling out stores our local is the 16th
apparently it our wholesalers,,,monopoly thats causing the problem
so happy days for irish shoppers from next month,,,
lots of peeps here going to the north to shop as Stirling getting weaker and your vat rate lowered,,,,so government had to take action
action they should have taken 2yrs ago!!!WAS DEBT FREE & STILL BAAARRRRRKING
hello my name is shaun,,,and im not so addicted to farmville, still addicted to football:o:o

Great news on cheaoer shopping.
The restaurant phoned DD today to cancel the booking again!!!!(family crisis!!!)...twice we've booked and twice they've cancelled.I'm really angry with them.I'll be sure to tell every passenger that I pick up in my taxi and see how they like that for business.
DD has managed to book us in at an Italian that we've wanted to try for a while.0 -

Must be time of year for haircuts...mine got to desperation the other day so had it cut! Wont pay for a color until debt free cos mine costs 100!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Morning all....
We had a great time at the Italian and the food was really good.I can highly reccomend them.
I had prawns in garlic and something....for starters....a special seafood combo..which was Lobster, calamari, prawns with like a batter wrapped around them and other prawns and salad...the prawns were ginormous.....and everything was cooked to perfection.
This was the followed by a scrummy dessert (can't remember the name of it)but itwas a pastry case with vanilla ice cream inside and like a cramel and nuts on top....yum yum xx
Everybody really enjoyed their meals and being 7 of us we all ate a wide variety off the menu ..so that's a good sign of quality....we had 2 bottles of rose wine and 2 jugs of lemonade ,1 magners and 5 pints of lager...7 starters,7 mains and 6 desserts and the total was £198.40..so not cheap but I thought good value for the quality...you can tell they don't use frozen rubbish here.
The staff were really friendly and energetic...when the boss realised where we worked he gave us a free liquor each...don't have a clue what it was called but it was chocolate based and tasted like it maybe had whisky in it..it was gorgeous anyway....
In their favour they also do a early bird menu 5.30pm-7.30pm mon-thurs ....£11.95 for 3 courses. We had booked for 7.30pm so had missed this.
The name of the place is NUNZIOS if anyone is in Blackpool.
We then went to Walkabout across the road and had a couple there .We left the kids there and came home....
So a good night was had by all....
Got up late this morning which made a lovely change...(I usually get up before 7am even when not working)...have done the 1st wash load and am on my 1st brew...forgot how nice it is to actually go out .
Hope everyone is having a lovely day.0 -
