I do look at the bank accounts every day, but it is quite easy not to notice the trips to the cash machine......

Morning - have DD in bed with raging toothache and earache - just what we need before going away. DS is supposed to be getting up to come to work (he is working in school kitchen this week!! he is CRB checked and has hygiene cert - so that worked out ok).

So my day has now changed as I will have to go into work, ring dentist, come home at some time to take DD, then go back to work etc etc ertc - you get the picture!!!!.

Dinner tonight is chill chicken with Tortilla chips!

Hope you have a good day - your plan for the future looks good hypno - we'll be doing the opposite and downsizing though !!!!!

Hi Hypno and all - I know that tired feeling, just can't seem to get enough sleep. I'm *so* jealous of your scratchcards :) - did the double when you mentioned it, and I got 2 x 10p, which is really my usual, boo hiss. Just trekking on really, fairly busy at work so not much I can do apart from checking bank accounts.

surfbabe, hope your day is not too stressful and that DD gets fixed very soon x

KC, if you are busy at work, that is a good thing - money coming in! Better than 10p on a scratchcard anyway!!

I have to have a NSD today - I left my purse at home by accident.......not a bad thing really, and I suppose I should do it deliberately a bit more.

Absolutely! Its quite a lot more than 10p - even if he doesn't show, which he hasn't at the moment.

This sounds odd to say, but, I'm glad you've left your purse at home, for your sake!

Just found the new diary and your on page 23. Have only managed to read first page, sorry, cant stay along for it today, but hope over the next few days I can find time to catch up. Good luck with the new diary. I was thinking that I am at a crossroads in my life. So reading yours really has made me think. Merry Christmas to all.

  • Morning everyone

Loved the clip [strike]Panda[/strike] Pania oops freudian slip.

Our kids finished school on Thursday but still don't seem to have managed the lie in.

I need to do an audit, now DH is doing a drip drip technique about a car he wants I may succumb because it is his one hobby and he really enjoys it and I did borrow his insurance money to pay off debts when he wrote the last one off but it will upset my debt free date but can I really expect him to wait until then. I think being debt free is more important to me but he does support me and he is a very good husband and I am also conscious that we are not getting any younger (he is 11 years older than me) and it has been brought home this year as he has had a lot of health issues which are being resolved now. I just keep thinking if anything happened to him I would feel guilty about him not having the car (but on the other hand the way he drives perhaps I am doing him a favour:rotfl:.)

Sorry to ramble what do you feel folks I would appreciate your input.

2x50p on the scratchcards today so have been able to withdraw.:j
