Thank you! I will be looking for clearance sales for tins of paint and bathroom tiles.....I reckon if I am savvy I can do what I need to do without spending too much. The windows are the biggie, but because we won't be looking to stay there for ever, we will go for cheap and cheerful rather than the best! I also need a new gas fire, and ideally a surround which will not be cheap, but again with a little shopping around and stuff I might be lucky.Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. you mind reader - that is the exact road that I am aiming for......the nearest I get so far is incorporating it on my running route so that I can look through windows and dream.
I went into a house on that road when I was a little girl, and knew from that moment that it was where I wanted to be. It is what my debt free journey is all about.

As for the decorating, that too is something we need to get on with here but we need to de-clutter first to be able to do anything else.
