I got 50p on TAB so am only 20p away from cashin there.......:D

I have paid £10 off my egg loan today as an overpayment, having had £10 from another scratchcard hit my bank account today, so that is a start.....

The virgin money also went into my bank account today, so I need to do some proper thinking about what to do with that........nice though it is to see a big credit balance in my current account, I don't think it should stay there

surfbabe, I am now a week without chocolate.........I hope you are impressed!

Its the same here - lovely, but cold. And very soggy after the storm yesterday. Still, the house is now aired, clients in a couple of hours - whaddaya know, enough time for another cuppa coffee.

Hope everyone has a good day. I'm going to a course on Positive Thinking this evening. Anyone? Anyone? Where are you all running away to? :)

Your course on Positive thinking reminded me - I bought a hypnosis CD last week for "increased energy and motivation".....finally got round to listening to it on Sunday.......and fell asleep. So much for increased energy.....and I wasn't exactly motivated afterwards to do the ironing either :rotfl:

Weather here is still pants - we have got the worst of it today I think, but I am hoping to get out for a run this evening.

Someone in the office has brought in cakes - not chocolate ones thankfully, but I have been able to happily partake in a custard doughnut :D

But which is worse - custard doughnuts with all that fat and sugar, or a few squares of 70% cocoa dark chocolate which taste nice and also protect you from heart disease?

But the problem is that I can't do "a few squares"......I do "a few bars".....

The doughnut will provide me with the carbohydrates I need for my 10 miles this evening, though......so surely has to be ok?

I've eaten it now, anyway, so yum yum yummity yum, :D

I'm with you hypno - one square of chocolate, however dark, is never enough! Well done on the quidco money....I got £40 this morning so two more squares coloured in. I really wish I didn't get so obsessed about paying it off! Oh well, such is life! xx
