I remembered to do my scratchcards, but nothing more than 10p......still, 10p is better than nowt, so I won't complain. Still waiting for that elusive jackpot

Got a £2 today as well - so that goes in the "holiday food" tin....all helping to provide us with ample supplies of waffles when we are in France :o

Hope you have all had a reasonable day!

no strawberries or cream - just plain sugar waffles, as hot as possible and yum yum yum! There is one place on the slopes that does the best waffles in the world - I envisage visiting there at least once a day :o

Hi shaun. Hypno will be better informed re premium bonds but I had nearly two grands worth and one 2x £50 in four years and Im pretty sure martin says you are better off in a high interest savings account because the odds of winning are quite low.

I've had premium bonds in the past but never won a bean.......I don't have them any more, so don't know how good they are now, but I would say that if you can get 7% in a savings account, that is pretty good right now!

Scratchcards done - only 10p and 25p again.........and online banking shows that OH second job has paid up today so that means I can start looking at the numbers for March soon.

Nothing else to report - I must kickstart myself back into money making mode......I want to make overpayments!!!!!

  • Morning all,

50p log in bonus today! 10p on card, more than half way to 2nd pay out.

RT - well done on refund, enjoy it!

Shaun - we love your posts, don't apologise!!!! Glad things are improving and excellent news on being able to save for the kids, not many people can do that these days.

Keep going Hypno, soon as Spring really starts you will be back out with avengeance (?) pounding the streets while doing a MS on wifi doing a review or two :p . Then you can colour more squares.
