my big toe is fine - that is just dead skin.......not attractive, but then again, I am not wearing strappy sandals at the moment!!
But, yes, I will obviously have to get them seen because the instep is now rather sore

It IS sore......rather.......but I have a marathon to get round, so I will have to work through it. No running tomorrow, but will get it padded for Friday and see if I can go out and run then......
