I've got a blanket and a hot waterbottle on the sofa.......with a magazine and some decaff.

4 boxes coloured in today - a loan payment has come out......always good

Glad to see the numbers crunched, lucielle - always better to get on top of things before they run away with you......in the past you would probably have pushed them to one side and hoped for the best!

I have a rare thing to say.....and that is that I am impressed with Barclays.........

I had a complaint in with them, that was resolved on the phone by a very helpful person last week......followed up by an instant correction of my credit file......followed up by a letter of confirmation and apology that actually made me feel as though it was genuine, rather than "computer generated bog-standard", followed by a fabulous bouquet of flowers

So, :T to Barclays........now if you would just like to settle my long standing bank charges claim, we can be lifelong friends
