    Have a good day.

    I got a 50p scratchcard!

And yes, I have yellow iodine feet - boy did it sting!!!! The biggest blister burst when running yesterday and so there was lots of raw skin on show. The rest of the skin seems to have stuck back down though, so hoping it will heal well.

The blister now goes half way across my foot and up my instep, so no avoiding putting pressure on it, unfortunately!

See, running is a dangerous sport!

I had the blister plasters on last night when I was running but a fat lot of good they did me! I think my blisters were beyond even them before I started!

I fell, then DS fell over me, and DD just about managed to stop herself joining the toppled tower!

Someone else drove into the parking space next to us laying on the floor and just ignored us! Nice!!

Not a good 24 hours then Hypno !!! Hope the cuts and bruises and of course the blisters heal quickly. Might it be better to not run for a few days till they have healed over a bit - bare feet and let the air get to them to dry them off !!??

Done the online banking checks etc - sold a book on amazon so need to get that wrapped.

    Have a good day!

OMG how mean is that person, I hope you gave them a suitably foul look.
