  • It all sounds very painful Hypno, but i know how determined you are so i am sure you will overcome this. I don't know whether they are any good, but i saw some gel insoles in Aldi today..maybe worth a try as they are only £2.50ish..

  • Wow lots to input now!

The run around Canary Wharf will be so much more spectacular when you do it this year Hypno! there's another 10 buildings that have been built since you last did it! It's wicked around there!

I got my Qype goodies! Now I'm going to focus on the wonders of Dooyoo... Walshy needs to up the ante for amazon vouchers and money! :D

The only thing I can recommend is dunking your feet in warm water for 10 minutes then putting them up so all the gunk 'drains away'... At least it could happen! I don't know as the worst blisters I had were the size of 10p pieces and I had to walk on them up two volcanoes in Ecuador! The lack of oxygen at altitude helped with the pain! :rotfl:

Well done on your two stars :j Last time I ran round London, The Isle of Dogs was still a building site - very depressing, and at a time when you really needed people to cheer you on, there was no one about because it was a hard hat zone!

I know you are on dooyoo, surfbabe - I have just rated you! To start a new subject you need to send in a suggestion. Under "your account" go down about half way on the page and there is a bit "completed suggestions" - click on that, and you can put in your suggestion, then in a couple of days they will let you know when you can write the review!

What with your feet, my voice etc we're doing quite well !!!

Speech Therapist has changed my appointment from next week to Feb17th! so hopefully it will get sorted one day.

Hope the feet continue to improve - I'd stay off of them for a few days - can you wear flipflops to work? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Surfbabe, if it's any consolation, I am currently recruiting the whole Speech Therapy team for Kings College Hospital, Lewisham and Dulwich Community Hospital as all their teams left leaving 3 people to cope with three hospitals!

I was shocked! But it's almost done if that's one of yours...
