Good morning - well, 50p off one scratchcard and 25p from another, so not too bad.

Today I need to:

• have a bit of a sort out and tidy up because the student comes back tomorrow,
• [strike]get the children to karate,[/strike] done
• [strike]do 3 more dooyoo reviews[/strike] four done
• sort out the banking,
• [STRIKE]have bubble & Squeak for tea (very mse)[/STRIKE] done, and yum
• [strike]only spend on milk - apart from that have a NSD[/strike] Panic over - found another 4 pints in the other fridge
• [STRIKE]check for mystery shops and surveys etc[/STRIKE] none available
• [STRIKE]take down the Christmas tree and put decorations away in the loft[/STRIKE] all done for another year!

So I don't suppose it seems like too much, but of course "sort out and tidy up" is a biggy, and the karate takes up 3 hours in the middle of the day so that is a chunk of time wasted, really, although I could maybe do some admin when I am there......

Morning Hypno and all! Yes, it sort of feels like a work day to me, with so much preparation to be done before I go back - and so much matched betting to be done! I caught up from last night with your post about getting the car out just to go a mile - I don't blame you in the least, its *freezing* here, even the tops of the wheely bins are deep white.

I've got to do a general sort & tidy up but must make myself a specific job list otherwise I'll waft a duster for 10 minutes and consider it done

I've ventured out from under duvet to make coffee - Does mean I've done mini tidy up job as I had to wash up cafetiere before making fresh one :rotfl:

I've been sitting in my swimming costume as it's so hot. Debating whether to go and buy steak knives or not (Popeye's knives struggle to cut butter)

Back on Monday, raring to go as we've set goals and tasks for 2009. I read with interest of your quiet NYE's, ours was a catastrophe, and Popeye is still paying for his mis-organisation

Should I need a cardigan on Monday when I go to work?

Yes, a cardi would be wise on Monday, but if you want to be showing off your tan you might need to rethink your winter wardrobe! Have a safe journey back x

So I spend Christmas and New Year with various family members and also on the dock where I live! Lots of fireworks, spent like £25 all Christmas week! Quidco payments came in and so I've actually came out of Christmas in a positive! :rotfl:

Also been applying for jobs and been turned down so fingers crossed things change in the next couple of weeks! :rolleyes:
