They look nice Gryfon!
Oh, and slightly off topic, when I went out this evening to my meeting (walked) I noticed one car show room and two shops have suddenly closed in the last week or so. Also another car show room on my way to work has been suddenly boarded up. This recession thing is getting quite frightening!I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

If you do go, they may just get it right and make you better - just get it over with, and if you think they are a quack and give you no information, then it was 30 minutes out of your day, if they do tests and sort you out, it is 30 minutes worth it!
NAG, NAG, NAG, NAG, NAG.... (and don't give me lalala, not listening, I get that with the kids and I just carry on regardless...:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: ) You would nag us constantly... go get sorted.
Look.. I don't go, I WON'T go and I will decide when I am ill enough to go eventually..
I am absolutely hunky-dorey, my usual bone idle self.. I reckon it was one of my blood pressure plummets caused by sitting still for 3 hours then walking quickly
So, stop nagging.. if I went to the quack they'd do my blood pressure say 'hhhmmm.. that's low but that is normal for you'.. blah blah blah... my sister never got sent for further tests when she was having seizures you don't really think they'd take a minor throw self on floor would be taken seriously? Plus, if they tell me I have epilepsy (like they ended up doing to my sister when she took herself to hospital) I won't be allowed to have the driving lessons on next years plan.. I have waited a LONG time for those!!
I also have a squillion better things to be doing.
As for the farce they call 'NHS Direct' .. I'd be more likely to ring tesco direct!! They'd be more use.. just for a jolly one time when one of the middle ones was ill I phoned them, just to check out the service of course.. gave them the exact symptoms I had given the locum GP (out of hours you see! I waited specially!!) and they said sponge said child and give calpol... (I was already doing that.. and if they are still screaming (like a banshee with its toes in a vice and she had a temp of 106, was blue around the edges and a chest rattel like a tins of nails) ring the GP in the morning (this is 1am!) Thankfully the ambulance arrived about 10 minutes later to take her to the hospital with bronchiolitis, pneumonia and a massive ear infection.. and by then a sore throat too!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

I did look at the iron pile earlier (it's quite difficult to miss) and thought about doing some but then decided the sofa and duvet looked more inviting.

Tought ID try and sort out the paper work:eek:
problem is that fir the last decade or so we have just sort of shoved into boxes knowing that the most recent is in the top layer somewhere....:o
But not now not anymore its going to be done properly so the kitchen table is now straining under a few loose pieces of paper:p
But by the end of tonight it will be all done and organised....

Hi,
Hope everyone is well and welcome newbies/returners.
My brother-in-law and I have been at the bungalow from 10-6.30 decorating. I've also done some errands. My aim for the rest of the evening is to do more errands.
BTW, I'll be away until Saturday pm, as I've staying with family. We're going to a Dickension Day on Saturday. The roads are closed off and turned into streets from the Dickension era. Everyone dresses up and we have music, hot chestnut stalls, etc. It's great fun!0
