Pip, pip! How is everyone this cold night? I trust that you and yours are all happy, warm and contented.

So here's to the new week...the days counting down to Christmas far, far too fast.

    MONDAY 8TH DECEMBER - BEDROOM.

    Level Two
    Wash windows
Sort bedside cabinet - it's in a terrible state.

    Level Three
It's LAUNDRY DAY - still trying to get excited...and failing miserably.

    Night-time routine.

Because I wasn't on the list (sob! sniffle! wail!) - :xmastree:

    Kind regards.

Right, i definitely am doing my upmost to do this in full this week as the plan is to get a tree next weekend, so the house needs to look better than it does.

I wanted to be further on today, but i have been really ill for me. I didn't get up till nearly 2pm (haven't done that since i was a kid), and i still don't feel great now. I am going to go and have a bath really soon and then get in bed. I am still so woozy and tired.

I felt bad for DH as he worked till 2am, DS2 woke at 4:30 for a bottle, then at 7:30. I was supposed to get up with them, and i didn't even hear DS2. I vaguely got up for 20 mins at 10ish for some painkillers. but that was about it, and i have barely done anything today.

Anyhow, tomorrow is another day. DH and myself just had a living room sort as there was so much stuff like boxes lying around from deliveries of xmas presents, and receipts/invoices. Most of which i have now filed or shredded.

I'm really glad it is bedroom tomorrow as i haven't managed to change the sheets yet, and after sleeping for over 15 hours i think they need it.

  • I'm in again this week although the last couple of weeks I've started the week well then by the end of the week the flying has got less and less. At least DH has changed the bedding today so that makes it easier for tomorrow.

I'm sat here sulking though as I should be at my work Xmas do tonight but have been in bed all day poorly. There goes the £25 I'd already paid for it! Got flu type thing...temperature, shivering, sneezing, runny nose, coughing, sore chest, headache....need I go on! At least watching Take That's cheering me up a bit!

So I'll see how I am tomorrow...might just do a bit of flying. Got DD2's toddler group Xmas party tomorrow so will hopefully be well enough to take her. That is if DD1 is well enough to go in school...her temp's been 39 this evening!

Welcome to Mummyto3 & ioiwe and :hello:to everybody else.

Well I've stripped the bed and replaced with clean linen, and OH hoovered the landing earlier after he tried to fit a loft ladder so I'm sort of on the way to doing the list for tomorrow. Need to go and get dinner on now cos OH has come home earlier than expected as he got bored!

    Night all,
