    Morning lovelies!

Oooooh Scrooged! love that film, the fairy creases me up :D It's on today? yes? :j

Triker I feel the same as you re: shopping: having it all done, I'm all fiished and have been since Tuesday - I can not believe it! first time EVER, and it's all due to all you lovely ladies inspiring me to be organised and the fab deals throughout the year on this site - WOOP :T most is wrapped but there's a pile of DD1's stuff that needs doing....which I'll do this week.

Just sitting here reading this thread and I've really noticed how much we all do - we're amazing, each and every one of us - three cheers for us all :T  :j

Right, plan for today is out and about mainly, lots of little trips here there and everywhere, gonna go and book panto tickets and visit GD for cuddles...need to put the WM on and have a looky to see what needs doing.

I took that mingin' net curtain down from my kitchen window and gave the whole thing inc. frame a good clean, not putting the net back up cause I hate it, and OH hasn't adjusted my blinds and put them up yet so the window is bare lol but I don't care the net has gone to net heaven and wont be coming back, need to give it another going over with glass cleaner though to make it extra sparkly, I want some nice xmas lights for the window and have seen some in someone elses window but don't know where they got them from....it's my mission today, to see if I can find them...will probs knock and ask them :D

Right, I've flapped my lips enough - actually fingers but y'know..

    brew time......

Soappie, that sounds like it was worth 'forgetting' :D well done even if it was an oopsy, that's even more than the interest would have been in the bank.

Just on the phone to DP who's just told someone to 'have a nice stay' when he dropped them off at the hospital :rotfl: what an oops to make.

Cards list so far, please check and let me know if you have sent them here and not on the list/haven't sent them yet, this is off the top of my head so can double check if necessary, just so I know who's I am expecting (kaz I know about yours)

**rant alert** DS1s getting right on my nerves, bouncing and noise making, sometimes his Autism just gets right on my nerves (usually like now when I have a headache) just making random loud noises, I think I need some ear plugs. Now they are screaming at each other, oh times like this I wonder why I get them anything for Christmas at all, horrid things they are sometimes. **rant over ** :o

That feels better, right, next set of 'to dos' starting with the kitchen

Put away the stuff on the benches that needs to be in the cupboard
Put what needs to be disposed of in bin/recycling
    Wipe over kitchen benches
    Vacuum floor
Empty WM onto airers/in TD and put another load in
Start kids card sorting, see if they can be quiet doing some of that

I sent mine last Saturday Lil_meI hope they have arrived - I even put on extra postage.
Enjoy the little things, for one day you may look back and realize they were the big things.

    It's stopped raining :T:T:T:T

But it's still grey and gloomy - I need sunshine!

However I am determined to find some energy from somewhere and get some things done today.

I know there are a lot of you coping with real crises at the moment. Please forgive me for not reading back and naming you all. My thoughts are with you and positive thoughts being sent down the 'puter.

    Morning all,

Off to eat breakfast in a minute before planning what to do today. I seemed to spend most of yesterday doing the food shopping as Mr T was a nightmare - loads of people and they'd run out of some of the things on my list, including the Trex and mincemeat for the mincepies. So, off to Mr S to find the rest - this was a much more pleasurable experience as they have wider aisles, and also had Terry's chocolate oranges on tasting! Yum, yum - I was naughty and bought 3 as they were on 3 for 2. Then we went to my Mum & Dad's for dinner and to watch XFactor.

I need to pop into town today as we have a new Pets at Home opening and they have 10% off this weekend, and also need to find something to wear for the last day of term - the theme is dressing up as someone from Santa's family?

Think I'll do the bathroom after breakfast, and I'll put a load of washing on now. I've run out of clothes for work, so it's now essential!

Glad that your mum is making some improvements Serena. Hope you are ok too - it must be taking a lot out of you at the moment looking after your whole family. I hope someone is looking after you too.

    Take care everyone,

    Sexymouse xx

    Morning all,

I've not been around much this week. And it's been a week of disaster after disaster but I'm still smiling.....just.

Not caught up on the thread yet again:o So big hugs to all those in need, and get wells if we have any poorlies and hellos to newbies and regulars.

Right I have a reasonably long list to be getting on with. Have done some already, but if anyone is up for a HHC then give me a poke I'll happily join you.

    Off to find my list.
