This is really cool RMR! I've done one for myself and I'm at 27.2% paid so we're at similar percentages. Will pop back into your diary soon to see how you are getting on! *subscribes*

I have started on the 'complete this challenge' challenge thread, and will put my updates on here as well as there because I might get off my @rse and do some of it if it's in several places. Please give me a kick if I don't update
So my updates for this week are...
Last week's challenges- Lose 1lb (Lost 1 and 3/4 lb :j)
- Finish decluttering bedroom (Done
) - Ebay 1 item (listed 2 items to make up for last week)
- Look at 2 rooms for possible moving (Done - they were rubbish)
- I need to get rid of my Natwest loan by the end of the year. I currently pay £600 a month (bills included) for my own flat and have decided to find a room to rent instead for less than £450 so that the extra can all go on my loan. My goal for this month is to try and find a decent place to live. (Almost there)
- Lose 1 stone (Now need to lose 11st 3/4lb)
- Clear Natwest Loan by 31 December 2009
- Lose 1lb
- Declutter Under-Stairs Cupboard
- Ebay 1 item
- Look at a room seen previously again (fingers crossed)

Thanks RmR!! We seem to be at similar levels on our "tickers" so hopefully we can motivate each other along the way!
At work so just sneaked on to have a quick catch up in my lunch break, must go and do some work!! :rolleyes:0 -
I have news! I have found a room to move into in one months time! This means a reduction in rent of £200 which will all go onto my Natwest loan and I WILL get rid of it before the end of the year
Just a load of sorting / selling / packing to do in the meantime :rolleyes:LBM February 2008. DFD March 2013 19 August 2011Debt at LBM £14,395.48. Debt Now £00 -

Thats great new RMR!! :T £200 extra per month is a great help and I'm sure you'll manage to get rid of your loan by the end of the year!!
Moving will give you a great opportunity to get ebaying!! Even if you list things at 99p - if they sell, its 99p more than you would get if you threw things out...

Hi Bowski. Yes, it's the townhouse. I am actually really looking forward to living there. It's a wonderful house and the lady I'll be living with is lovely.

Hi CwC. Ebaying is one if the top priorities now. I haven't got loads to do but enough to keep me busy the next few weeks.
More good news today is that my Dad has told me I don't need to pay back the loan I owe him (a small £222 but a big help) because I have helped him and my mum out with various things recently. So my sig, ticker and DFD have all changed for the better :j:j:j
My next priority is to talk to my current (soon to be ex-) landlords and find out if they want to buy my furniture from me. I rented the place unfurnished and had to fill it but now I don't need any of it. It would save me a LOT of bother if they would buy it off me and then they could rent the place out as furnished.
If not, I have a challenge on my hand - sell all of the furniture and move it all out in the next month. :rolleyes:LBM February 2008. DFD March 2013 19 August 2011Debt at LBM £14,395.48. Debt Now £00 -
