boffer secret sell off

I resigned as a mod and tbh feel the site has gone down hill. Its a case of popularity and money versus good customer service. and you can tell what is winning.

I bought a pc that was below standard and offered like everyone else a refund or wait for it a £10 discount on my next purchase. yes that makes up for it.

I have been on both side of the coin and used to be a real big boffer fan but i will be keeping my money firmly in my pockets from now on as i have waste £400 buying into their hype.

They are admitting on their forum not even seeing the good they are selling and relying on other warehouse to do their job and mods to do basic customer service.

I have now been banned no reason no contact just Stephen the web guy that has it in his power to lock you off the site should you not cheer for boffer 24/7 and buy into their hype any more. I would say to others rather than posting on their site with complaints post here as boffer will not listen to you otherwise.

Thats 2 mods resigned and another that was bumped off too not doubt he complained about customers service too:rotfl:

Has anyone reported this place to Trading Standards? Sounds like there's grounds too.....

You will find mods will not tell you what go's on boffer them self's have to explain.

yep but cant login so cant contact them by ticket either which is wrong as i am waiting for 1 item others are waiting for more items to come and the site has no address for contact or telephone number either
