I doubt it and how can they be sure they don't send it to a minor using a debit card ( I know you can use them on there , and I had one from 15 years old)All up to date and happy!0 -

To true on that makes u wonder
Also i am sure it is illegal to spam youtube with mass advertising video's which they get members doing to promote their site :money:0 -
that, and some credit card companies will allow minors to be 2nd cardholder on an account. I had a Capital One card from age 14 - worked great as ID in Safeways... "Have you got some ID for that cider, sir?" "Well, no. But I'm paying on my credit card, and you've gotta be 18 to have one of those, right?" "Good point, here you go".WorkingHard wrote: »I doubt it and how can they be sure they don't send it to a minor using a debit card ( I know you can use them on there , and I had one from 15 years old)0 -
There are lots of websites selling drink, just one example is this rather fine bottle of Whiskey for £ 1267.45.

I dont know about licensing, but as for selling to minors, I cant see any difference between the two sites.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

If you don't like boffer, don't go on there. Problem solved!
And as Dave said, if you consider any website which sells alcohol they use the same methods. Even big companies like smirnoff you just have to enter a fake date of birth to get inside.OnePoll - £12.40, Yougov - £1.00, VO - £24.25, youdoo miles - 24292, MHF - £0.00
Not much, but its a start :rotfl:
