I doubt it and how can they be sure they don't send it to a minor using a debit card ( I know you can use them on there , and I had one from 15 years old)

that, and some credit card companies will allow minors to be 2nd cardholder on an account. I had a Capital One card from age 14 - worked great as ID in Safeways... I dont know about licensing, but as for selling to minors, I cant see any difference between the two sites.

That is sick i think trading standards should step in that is very offensive and sick advertising their latest offer the picture of man against wall with screwdriver in his head bleeding advertising watch dog should step in on that very bad BOFFER.

And as Dave said, if you consider any website which sells alcohol they use the same methods. Even big companies like smirnoff you just have to enter a fake date of birth to get inside.
