This one was under offer but not anymore, I wonder why its so cheap at 59K?

Hey Pembrokeshire is a beautiful place, havent you seen all those escape to the country daytime tv shows filmed there.

Also all the big holywood films shot there lately, Harry Potter and the new Robin Hood etc etc.

I don't dispute that. I've been on holiday to Pembrokeshire several times. However, Pembrokeshire is not all the same, just like areas of London are very different.

Highgrove House and the site of Fred West's old abode are both in the same county as well!

I think I missed the episode of 'Escape to the Country' filmed in Pembroke Dock.:p

The discussions is quiet good and I liked it a lot. It is better to know the cheapest home in all the ares, so that every one of us can know them.

Ohh peeps have a look at this one (if the link works !!) £20k at auction. It was for sale for £100k for ages (and I seem to recall it was £110k before that). Where do I sign up for the 70% club ?.

To be honest I wouldn't buy that house if it was £10. The location is not a place I would like to live in. But someone will get it for a fraction of it's original price.
