Cheapest House ?

Re. flat in Penge guide price £20,000. Never bid without inspecting the property. It's sold in a different auction 6 months later for £46,000. The area itself is very nice BUT the building is uninhabitable! Most of the flats are empty as a result. There have been attempts to remanage the building but as of 09/2009, the state of the building is of 'disused building'.0
