All sizes of whole chickens mispriced. Looks like the new stock has a price hike that is not relected on the shelf. Bagged the two largest extra large.

Also plenty of gammon joints still ticketed at £5.49 although the price has gone back up to £6.49.

No room left in the freezer!

As well as loads of chickens, spotted new stocks of Tesco OB Beef Mince have gone up in price, but SEL not changed:

    i.e. 250g Mince - SEL 0.97 - Pack £1.00
    500g - SEL £1.93 - Pack £1.97?

*WARNING* - Haven't tried scanning packs as scanner is broken following a store refit and I don't eat mince. Though would imagine it will scan at pack price!

    HTH - Rufus.

It's only likely to scan at the pack price if the item is being sold by individual weights as the bar code on these contains the price. If they are all prepacked at X weight, then you've less chance.

My wife discovered this one today!
    She bought:
Oranges, Bag of Salad, Bag of Peppers, Mushrooms and a cabbage.
The offer did not work and she paid full price for all the items (you should get the cheapest free).
The CS staff suspected the cabbage was to blame so if you want some free fruit and vegetables ensure you buy a cabbage!
