Initially offered refund of the difference paid, but upon reminding CS of their r&r policy was told that this is "at their discretion" but could have full r&r "if I prefered". Of course I'd prefer!

Lower price SEL removed.

Turkey Steaks - SEL 5.22- Pack 7.22 per kg

Quite amazing really. This store has been getting the drumsticks wrong for at least three months. It seems that they just don't learn. However, I think someone is in for a bollocking now, no fewer than three managers were buzzing around the CS desk as we got a £43 R&R, very interested in what was in the trolley.

Tesco store Swansea central
2x edam quarters still clearly mispriced. No problem R&R
2x large chickens. Both over 2 kg so should have been in extra large. manager called refused point blank, advised they have sought legal advice over this particular one and been told they are "legally safe". No r&r
1x lemmings PSP SEL £19.97 scanned £29.97 same manager went away and came back with SEL showing £29.97!!!!! They had clearly made a new label so as to avoid refund. DAMN THEM:mad:

I had a full R&R on ALL the games. The manager was called, a little discussion started where i heard her say " yeh and i bet he knows about the policy lets see" She then said "as a gesture of goodwill we'd like to offer you two of the games for free" i replied "thats very generous however your policy" and before i finished my sentence she said just refund it all turned on her heels and marched off!!! £134 back .....THANKS ALOT MSE AND MR T

Be aware i also bought midway arcade treasures stickered 24.94 however this scanned at 19.97.... i'll return that next week though!!!

While i was in the llansamlet store i overheard one guy trying to get an r&r on a 9 sony mp3 players!!! didn't see what model just that it was a purple one. The customer was refused as he had exceeded the bulk buying policy of 6 for that store. Gutted...... he was then told they had been withdrawn from sale

Own Brand luxury toilet tissue 4 roll pack were £1.00 now £1.56. Pink ones still had £1.00 shelf edge. All other colours sel of £1.56. Scanned at £1.56. R&R given.

Tesco 4 Chelsea buns from breakfast goods area, SEL 97p but scanned at £1.05 SEL removed and full r and r given no probs.

Lychees offer states that they are half price they scan at full price £1.98. Had a r&r no problem at Colchester Hythe store.

Panasonic white microwave NN-E255WB SEL 59.99 SCANNED 69.99. Full R&R. Promotion on these has finished.

At work today, I noticed a guy stood at CS with a Acer 17" monitor, wondered if he was after R & R, 20mins later he was still there... Several calls for the CS and electrical managers were going out. Later I heard him moaning that he'd been waiting 50mins, there was a SEL for 129 and one for 149... think he'd been billed the later. I asked a CS if he was after R & R, he deffinantly was... Didn't find out if he got it in the end but he was talking to the manager for a long time... Couldn't find the said product on the shelves at all so I don't know if it's still available.
