Thanks I got half life and another (name escapes me and is in car), offered the price difference but stated the refund policy, the guy on CS stated that he had been told to offer me the difference first...... anyway got my refund and my games Thanks !!!!!


Would have got the other games SEL 32.97 and on 29.97 list only out of stock..... I'm on way to another Tesco on way home!!!!

Lets hope they have some camcorders :-)

PS first listing so not sure where to put it, but sky are offering £50 if you recommend a friend!!! (please move to appropriate area - thanks)

My tesco, says the games are from £29.97 or something, and are priced individually from that price.

Is this the case with others and there is another sign that says top 15 games £29.97?

The poster for xbox games in my store now also says from £29.97.

However i managed to pick up a JVC digital camcorder today.
It was labbeled as £199.97 but scanned at £229.97.

After an hour and several phone calls to head office i had it for free.
Moral of the story:- do not let the so called team leaders or deputy managers fob you off. If the price is wrong the policy of r&r stands. Do not accept their "goodwill gesture" under any circumstances of refunding th difference.

Hiya folks,

R and B Clubmix (no 3 in compilations chart) SEL £14.97 poster for this week shows £9.77 and charged SEL (someone sent to get poster but she couldnt find it - so it might still be there.)

Thanks to OP for this one.

Outdoor reared pork chops packs of 2 - SEL £6.37kg and charged £6.59kg as per pack price.

There was a few left but not sure if the SEL has been removed now, but hope this helps someone else - pity i forgot to get the apple sauce to go with it.

I went in the the Stockport Tesco extra looking for the JVC camcorder but they were in a cabinet and the price had been turned over so I had a quick look round the electrical department and found it.

Special offer up to the 17th Jan was priced at £159.79 Charged £189.97 I checked it on the self scanner in the area. and began to smile my First R+R

She phone someone to double check the price on the shelf who confirmed it as £159.97
I was offered a refund and to be charged the £159.97 so I pointed out the if it doesnt add up bit on the till and she phoned a person who came down and told Customer services to give me a refund and keep the camera and photo printer.

I have been to Walkden, Horwich and Atherton where they didnt have them or had been removed

Whilst sorting out my R&R for the JVC camcorder i happened to notice that another customer had just been overcharged on a
XBOX 360 WIRED CONTROLER
SEL £24.97 but scanned at £32.97.
Goodluck, i havent tried this yet as i was to busy shouting at the store deputy.

Got my own back for my R&R refusal on the Xbox games (this afternoon :-( ) by taking another trip down this evening to snap up the LIVE 8 dvd.

LIVE 8 , SEL=£27.97 but scans at £27.98....... Only a penny but "every little helps"
