Just been reading the posts, really interesting!
I just bought 'Inside I'm Dancing' today as sticker on it said £8.97. After paying I realised that I was charged £10. Went to Customer Service who first said I could have a full refund. The assistant went to get to price label, she came back and said it was £10 and no other books had stickers on. She then said she could only refund the £1.03 as the label price is correct. I said to her I thought it was the full refund, but she fobbed me off. She was picking at the label, and wrote on the receipt 'label stuck on book', practically implying that I had stuck it on myself!! Anything I can do? I'm not fussed about £1.03 but I don't like being called a thief!0 -
2 cds tonight at Plymouth Roborough
Party Party 3 CD pack, stickered 8.97 scanned at 9.97
Pop Party cd and karaoke dvd, stickered at 7.97 scanned at 8.97.
Both went through on the receipt as 'cd' and so c/s had a bit of a problem grasping that both were wrong, she thought that as one was stickered at 8.97 and I had been charged 8.97 then I should just get refund on one! Had to politely ask her to scan them one at a time and cross them off receipt. R&R of £18.940 -

Well ive been reading this thread all weekend, and was too intrigued not to give it a try! i had a quick look for all the items listed recently - but they must be pretty on the ball in our store (northampton)
Did manage to get the silence of the lambs dvd tho!! Marked at £4.64 and scanned at 24.99 CS refunded it straight away and was quite friendly - she did toddle off straight away to remove any others from the shelves tho and made a note of the price error on the computer. But definately a big WOOOHOOOO! for my first ever R&R
