    In the Rewards section on PB, why does CD-WOW's £8.75 voucher come uner the "CDs and Books" classification, whereas their £20 and £50 vouchers come under "Vouchers"?

    OH has now signed up with cyberslotz through pigsback. He managed to withdraw £16.60 from them. Not bad for his £5 investment. That, plus the 2000 pigsback points (when the get added), isn't a bad waste of 10 minutes for him.

    I feel the key to good customer service is communication. Often communication can prevent complaints. Also being prepared to admit you are wrong and say sorry.

    a news section is a good idea, that will most likly cut down the amout of emails to postmaster, and then they should be able to get back to people who email with odd queries.
    oh, and maybe a FAQ of what to do if you don't get your reward within a certain amount of time.
    oh, and offers like the advent pigs, makesure they have the stock before offering it as i don't think anyone here who applied for one got one!

    After being very sceptical about doing gambling sites to earn money,i finally took the plunge to do cyberslotz lastnight after reading so many success stories on here.
    Low and behold points were credited today ! YAY !
