Help Google acting funny

Hi last week i found a trojan virus which AVG (free) seems to have solved. I have run (updated daily) AVG several time to ensure the problem is solved, and run Ad-aware and spybot checker frequently. okay sorry to be a pain. Problem seemed to go away but is back now. was okay earlier today and could use google as normal.

same problem is back with google.

any further suggestions, maybe not involving sledge hammer?
