Yes - in the case of carers and DLA it would be better - but I didn't even know pensioners got a bonus and certainly wouldn't want to see them lose out in any way.
I'm sure most pensioners would probably prefer to have their pension increased than have a one off bonus.
Not too sure where all this extra money would come from. Maybe cut back a bit on MPs and their pay and benefits!!!!! Would be a good start anyway :beer:0 -
