Hi,
My sister has Windows Active Guard on her pc and I am about to talk her through post 1 to 4.
Can someone clarify please is post 1 to 4 for any Windows pc, my sister has Vista or 7. Does posts 1 to 4 still apply for her?
When processing posts 1 to 4 should she be in safe mode?
To get safe mode on a laptop do you just press F8 from the start?
Many thanks

If you've still got problems, start a new topic and post a DDS log.
Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:
Link
After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:- Double click DDS to run it.
- When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:
- DDS.txt
- Attach.txt
Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)0 -
