    Don't just rush in and start ignoring them.

    What you need to do is consider all your options, take expensive legal advice, talk to CAB, ask the pope what to do.....

    OPC must truly have a death wish. This breaking news from the CAG forum:-

    Just got home from court, OPC lost today for a claim of 5 parking tickets adding up to a total of £1044.

    The background to this case is quite interesting. The motorist suddenly found he had received a CCJ by default because OPC had sent the court papers to the wrong address. The motorist managed to get the case set aside in September, and then went to court today to fight a properly defended case. The result is yet another resounding defeat for OPC. Are you reading this Perky?

    Seems there getting their backsides kicked for issuing false court papers too.
