Hi - yes the bags are really nice. They seem very strong and the products are good sizes. My sister has just bought one off of me to give our brother!!!

I'm not keen on the 17 GWP clutchbag - am I the only one????

I had the MF GWP, the products are good but the bag was awful-the glittery bits shed everytime I touch it!

I can't wear Rimmel eye products as they make my eyes itch!!! The GWP did look nice though.

The Huggies nappies glitch was worknig just a second ago but I faffed for too long and it suddenly said insufficient stock. That is actually fine by me as I was only looking out of curiosity and still have 9 packs at home. Just a quick question...does anyone know whether I would be able to swap nappies instore for a larger size and what I would have to do in order to be able to do this. I couldn't or at least wouldn't want to take my dispatch note as it would clearly show that I'd only paid a pound a pack so any ideas? TIA.

    Nuninge

I bought Pampers Active Fit instead of Baby Dry, for Grandson, took them back, unopened, with receipt, and was told it was against their policy to change nappies, unopened or otherwise. Tried reasoning with them, this didn't work, so phoned Customer Services, who said, basically, it was a load of toffee, and you could exchange for the same brand, but a different size, or type, with or without receipt.

Asked them to advise the branch, which they did, got an apology plus 1000 points, and have oftened changed them for a different size, as baby has outgrown the stock I got him. HTH

i think i am in the same boat as everyone else here...who else has got a full basket in their .com basket battling with ...do i really need to spend ANOTHER £80 to gain 4000 plus points....to spend what on?...it is a good deal IF you can really make use of the stuff....or are you going to give it away as EXTRA gifts....ie the celebrity purfume sets?

i think i have just talked myself out of this one...
now maybe when the FCUK sets are ootw it might be a different story:p

    Just say no! lol

I've started packing for a trip, and I can't fit in my bags all the Boots carp I've bought this last year that I'm bringing as gifts; a good bit has to be left here. And I'm really wishing now I'd restrained myself, just got a couple of nice things as gifts, and stopped. The main people I'm shopping for are in tight financial situations and need cash more than all this stuff, and it would make it easier on us if I'd just given a gift card or check to them as I usually would rather than lugging all this stuff around. But I got so caught up in Bootsing that I spent a ton on gifts (even if they were on clearance or earned extra points, it added up), and I would've done better to not get so much.

So I definitely have realized that if you don't need it and don't know who it's for, don't get it. Gifts are better if you picked them out suited to what a specific person wants or needs anyway, rather than giving something simply because it's what you have on hand because it was some kind of deal at Boots. A few extra pressies to have on hand isn't a bad idea in case someone stops by that you didn't expect at the holidays, etc., but you don't need many of those gifts. That's my two-pence worth, lol.
  • Has anyone used urban decay eyeliners? I've been staring at the VIP set for a while but soo expensive! Hmm... it's not my night for making decisions. Will keep resisting.

I havn't used the eye pencils...I prefer MAC powerpoint eyeliner coz it stays on, but the glitter eye liners are fantastic.

I have mullet (green), baked (dark gold) and spandex (blue and rainbow colours).

They are great, don't flake off onto your cheeks but wash off easily. I tend to apply a line and let it dry and then keep adding layers, think strictly come dancing eyes!!! Whoop whoop!!!

I have also bought a gift set trio before because I wanted baked but it was only available in the trio so I sold the other 2 on ebay..they went for more than the rrp so was very happy!!

ok, be honest will you be annoyed to get celebrity sets for present.
will britney, coleen, kerry will put you off? thinking to get them for emergency gifts
    cant still decide.

Some of them smell fab, but unless I knew the person wanted that particular fragrance or that they bought celebrity-branded things for themselves, I wouldn't get it. Some people would love it but others might think it's a little tacky. Those celebrity fragrances are really better if you know who it's for (so you can determine if they'd like it), rather than as an emergency gift, iykwim. I'm sure most people would appreciate the thought whether they like the gift or not, but you'd much rather give it to someone who would actually love using it.
