£3.49?? I though meal deals were £2.99. I hope this isn't Mr B's way of recovering glitch losses
In certain cities they are £3.49. I think central London is one area where it is. I know they did a trail in Manchester but it has now reverted back to £2.99

no, (as of this morning) they still don't. Mine took half hour convo between SA and cs to find the price because it was a .com item and not instore. Some one on here
(:T) said print out your confirmation email and take that as well because that has the prices on, very good advice, sometimes it seems like you have to do the job for them!

The item I ordered wasn't even online only!! Anyway, they CAN check .com prices without ringing CS if they can bother themselves - I saw someone in the queue in front of me (in a different store) returning such an item without the delivery note for an exchange. Hope the're going to get the price bit filled in soon - I haven't got a printer!!

It's a pity you didn't get the random customer survey thing - you could have told Mr B how good she was. Generally the SAs are very nice and very helpful and pleased for people getting bargains. It's a shame that a small number seem to get out of bed on the wrong side every morning...
